This page explains what we collect, why, and how to make us stop. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, delivery address and phone number. We need them to ship the parcel and to reach you if something goes wrong.
- When you pay: nothing. Card details go straight to the payment provider. We never see them and never store them.
- When you write to us: the message and the email address you give in the form.
- When you browse: anonymous audience data (pages seen, device, country). Cookies you can refuse.
Why we keep it
- To fulfil the order and handle returns and refunds.
- To answer your questions.
- To meet accounting obligations, which set the retention period.
Who else sees it
Only the parties who need it to do their job: the payment provider, the carrier, and the platform that hosts the shop. None of them may use your data for anything else. We do not sell your data and we never will.
How long we keep it
- Order data: as long as accounting law requires.
- Messages: three years after the last exchange.
- Audience data: thirteen months.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, have it deleted, or take it elsewhere. Write to us through the contact form and say what you want. We reply within one working day and act within thirty days.
Marketing emails
You only receive them if you asked for them. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click. Unsubscribing does not affect your order updates.
Cookies
See cookie preferences. You can refuse everything that is not strictly necessary and the shop still works.
