Every order is packed in our warehouse and shipped with tracking. Delivery is free, with no minimum.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday leave the same day. After 2pm, at weekends or on a public holiday, they leave the next working day.

These times are indicative and run from dispatch, not from the order. They can stretch in busy periods.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves. Allow up to 24 hours before the carrier activates it. See track my order.
Damaged, lost or never delivered
Write to us with your order number, and a photo if the parcel is damaged. We reship without asking you to send anything back and without opening an investigation first.
If tracking has not moved for 7 working days, treat the parcel as lost and contact us: we reship.
Wrong address
Check your address before confirming. If you spot a mistake, write to us within the hour: while the parcel has not left, we can correct it. Once shipped, it comes back to us and we reship at actual postage cost.
Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, duties and taxes may apply on arrival. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the displayed price.
