These terms govern every order placed on this shop. Placing an order means you accept them.

The product
The Complete System is a set of four cosmetic products for external use. It is a cosmetic, not a medicine. It does not treat, cure or prevent any illness. Photographs are illustrative; the shade of a balm can vary slightly from batch to batch because the plant material does.
Price and payment
- Prices are shown inclusive of tax, in the currency displayed at checkout.
- The price charged is the one displayed when you confirm the order.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of order. There is no subscription and no rebilling: you are charged once, for what you ordered.
- A discount applies only if the code is entered before the order is confirmed. It cannot be applied afterwards.
Order confirmation
You receive a confirmation email immediately. If it does not arrive within an hour, check the spam folder, then write to us. The order exists from the moment the payment is accepted.
Delivery
Dispatch, times and costs are set out in the shipping policy. If a parcel is late beyond the stated window, tell us and we chase the carrier ourselves.
Withdrawal and returns
You have fourteen days from delivery to change your mind, no reason required. Beyond that, the 60-night guarantee still applies and is more generous: use the routine for two months and, if your skin has not changed, we refund you. The procedure is on the returns page.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order, within fourteen days of us accepting the return. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.
If something is wrong
A damaged, missing or incorrect item is our problem, not yours. Send a photo through the contact form and we replace or refund it. Legal guarantees of conformity apply in full and are not reduced by anything on this page.
Disputes
Write to us first: almost everything is settled that way. If it is not, you keep every remedy the law gives you.
